Technical Product Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customer love. You will be joining a fast-paced and dynamic team and working with a cross-functional team to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.
Scope and manage the product roadmap that clearly describes future updates and their expected launch schedule.
Work with the customer support team to identify the customer issues, and categorise and channel them towards the engineering team for optimal and timely resolutions.
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Prepare and manage customer feedback channels.
Prepare and manage KPIs for product growth and improvements.
Conduct meetings with cross-functional teams for planning, review and innovation.

Qualifications

Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in product management.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in application development and web technologies (PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML & CSS, WordPress).
Experience/or understanding of server deployments and configurations. (Linux, Kubernetes)
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job.
Skilled in measuring progress using tools and technologies.
Strong documentation skills. Needs to be very skilled in organising documentation pertaining to the product.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in product management.
